  1. Hi Craig I had listened to your YouTube channels for about 18 months and had given up alcohol with their help 2019 from new year to Easter. I’ve done this before not as a plan to give up altogether but to have a break. After all I loved my wines. I remember being out camping on good Friday with family and friends and having that first drink after the break. I really was undecided whether to have that drink. I did and then I had 1 and a half bottles of red wine that night and another 4 and a half bottles over the next 3 days. I was back. I continued to drink on and off all year. The only thing that pulled me up for intermittent periods was wanting to lose weight for my daughters wedding. After the weeding in August I was back again and put on about 6 kilos by February this year. I intended to do my new year to Easter sobriety but I failed. I decided at Easter this year I’d had enough. I turned 58 this year and my first grandson is due tomorrow. I decided that I didn’t want to be the Nana my daughter had to wonder if I’d been drinking the night before, if I was looking after my grandson or heaven forbid taking him in my car. I bought your book Alcohol lied to me. I listened to it over and over and for the first 3 weeks and without fail I listened to the hypnosis tracks as I went to sleep. It’s been 5 weeks now and I’ve been taking the vitamins you recommended apart from the 5 TRP which I only got yesterday in the mail. My sleep score is normally high 70’s to Low 80’s since I’ve been measuring on a Fitbit the last few weeks. Last night was 88/100. I woke up feeling very refreshed. I’ve been walking for exercise. I’ve lost 4.3 Kg 5 weeks. I continue to listen to your book on most days. I can say that there have been times I’ve wondered if I could just have a couple of drinks every now and then. But then I snap out of it. I remind myself of all the bad parts about drinking and how clean my body is now and if I’m going to put something bad into it I’d rather it be a burger or other food treat. With Covid 19 I suppose I have not really been tested socially but I’m feeling powerful and strong in my determination to beat this. Thank you so much. This has probably physically but definitely emotionally saved my life Carol
